New Version of Profit Power Back Office System Includes Optional General Ledger, Accounts Payable Modules
Profit Power Strengthens its Microsoft Development Base With GL Application for Full-Service Accounting Capability
Profit Power, a fully-integrated, Microsoft Windows-based back office solution used by a number of the largest real estate firms in the United States, has added an optional General Ledger and Accounts Payable module to its newest version.
Ron Hurak, executive vice president and co-founder of the Profit Power system, said that adding the accounting functionality was a natural progression for the industry''s leading Microsoft-based back office software. "We have been providing back office software to successful real estate companies for more than 30-plus years, and in this transitioning marketplace, companies are looking for a full-service, Microsoft-based accounting solution to help them process their commissions and pay the bills," Hurak said. "Our newest version of Profit Power provides that accounting integration option that companies are seeking as they consider back office solutions." The optional accounting modules will allow brokers to utilize Profit Power to address their end-to-end financial needs, including commission processing, agent billing/collection, escrow funds management, accounts receivable, and other accounting processes, Hurak said. The accounting applications are available with Profit Power Version 10, which became available in late-2007 and currently is being adopted by several existing Profit Power clients. The Profit Power system contains more than 75 fully integrated modules that require single data entry, making it one of the most robust and efficient Enterprise Resource Processing solutions in the real estate industry, Hurak said.
