New features available in Profit Power: Ad Hoc Reporting and Business Rule Engine
The Profit Power team is happy to announce the rollout of two exciting new features designed to help improve efficiency and eliminate errors.
Ad Hoc Reporting: With the new Ad Hoc Reporting module, you can create your own listing, sales, and associate reports, as well as many others. Design your own custom reports with a tool that is simple to use and builds reports that can be printed or exported to Excel or PDF formats. Business Rule Engine - Automating your Workflow: The Profit Power Business Rule Engine gives your company the ability to automate redundant tasks and allows you to proactively monitor your data to ensure your processing rules are being followed. For Example: - Would you like Profit Power to automatically email a notice to the branch office when a pending sale estimated closing date is now in the past so they can update it? - Would you like to head off data entry errors in real time, meaning if your business practices say residential listings must also have a type chosen such as “New” or “Re-List”, that an email is automatically sent to the branch to correct it?
